The Grey Barn’s commercial maintenance contracts cover lawn mowing, edging, shrub trimming, pruning, mulching, leaf removal, turf fertilization and weed control, tree care, seasonal flower rotation (pansies, bulbs, annuals, mums), spring and fall cleanups, and irrigation water management. Contracts are tailored to each property and scheduled year-round.

We maintain industrial properties, civic and municipal grounds, hospital and institutional campuses, multi-family communities, POA subdivisions, banks, restaurants, and retail properties throughout Northwest Arkansas — including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. Current and past clients include POA communities such as Harbor Meadows and Arkanshire, and corporate facilities.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. The Grey Barn is a licensed landscape contractor and holds a contractor’s license for structural work. The team includes Irrigation Association Certified Irrigation Auditors, ICPI-certified paver installers, and a Certified Landscape Professional.
Do you manage commercial irrigation systems?
Yes — irrigation water management is built into our maintenance contracts. As a Rain Bird contractor with two Certified Irrigation Auditors on staff, we audit, repair, and optimize commercial systems to cut water costs while protecting the landscape investment. We also design and install new systems.
How quickly do you respond to service issues?
Maintenance clients get priority response — irrigation failures and storm damage are typically addressed within one business day.
